Showcasing the island’s emerging performers, the Magnetic Island Musicians’ Club is hosting the “Sounds of Kearney” Annual Youth Talent Quest on Saturday, 5 September at the Arcadia Village Hotel.
Competitors will battle it out across Junior (Infants/Primary) and Senior (High School) divisions for trophies and cash prizes, generously donated by the family of beloved local legend, the late Anne Kearney.
Alongside the talent quest, the club is also launching the Musos’ Club Song Writing Competition, featuring fantastic prizes across three categories: Open, Junior, and Yunbenun (Environmental).
