Yoga has arrived at The Active Centre on Magnetic Island.

Classes are offered on Monday and Thursday from 9 – 10.15am (except for public holidays).

Classes are based on the “hatha yoga” principle, toward balancing energy within the body; and are suitable for beginner to intermediate students.

About your teacher:  Susan Yates has recently moved to Magnetic Island with her husband Tom.  Susan has been practicing yoga in the Iyengar style for 20 years – most recently teaching at the Sacred Cow Yoga Studio, Ipswich QLD – visit www.sacredcowyoga.com.  Susan has received training with the International Yoga Teachers Association, and is also a qualified Fitness Professional (Certificate IV).
